Greatly enjoyed gorgeous and outstanding breakfasts.
The hotel was in a great position right by the Naval activities, resturants and ferry, and super convenient for day trips including Waiheke Island. North Shore district was worth staying in.

Elegant building and rooms with a great view. A kitchenette area and a heating system — very useful.

The hotel was quaint with accommodating personnel at the reception desk. We had a gorgeous and particularly good breakfast with lukewarm coffee. The location was favourable, next to eateries, and the restaurants and shops. Also, Maungauika was 1 mile away from the venue.

Overall it was a nice size and well-stocked with a balcony. The location was handy, not too far from Devonport. There was a light restaurant, a supermarket and a convenience shop next door...
Views appeared to be not so great.

The weather was warm, had really really nice stay during a business trip. Airy suite was generous sized. The breakfast was amazing and delicious with self-serve french press coffee in beautiful cups; the staff were competent. Had central location on the Esplanade.

I greatly enjoyed hotel's great and gorgeous location!!
Location: the hotel was so close to ferry building, bars/restaurants and the pier. I had some drinks at Tiny Triumphs, positioned 900 feet away. The room was upgraded to be overlooking the water and available in summer-needs aircon.

The rooms are well-stocked with the see view, everything is really good. The breakfast is amazing, with eggs on toast and jam, for instance. The hotel has a central location to the Esplanade which is a very special place.
